Business Development Manager, Permanent, Crewe, £35,000 Commission Forrest Recruitment are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join a well-regarded, longstanding client of ours, in the heart of Crewe. Due to internal movements, this business are looking to bring on an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities. This is predominantly an office-based role, however there will also be time spent out on the road, finding opportunities to promote the business build relationships. Daily duties will include Working in conjunction with the MD and Senior Business Development Manager Further develop the sales strategy Generate sales campaigns Attend networking events Building relationships with new prospective clients Provide feedback and suggestions to the Marketing function of the business to ensure marketing collateral is in line with business needs Meeting clients Selling the features and benefits of the business to new customers Targeted role commission is uncapped We are looking for someone with strong Business Development background, a commercially aware approach and a business savvy nature. You will have a proven experience of building relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have excellent time-keeping and organisational skills. A proactive and can-do approach are a must for this role.
