Pre-Construction Manager – Commercial Fit-Out – Central London\n\nWe are currently partnering with a leading fit-out Main Contractor specialising in Offices, Higher Education and Science Facilities. Having demonstrated huge success across London they are now seeking to further expand their team with a Pre-Construction Manager in Central London.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Project Planning & Feasibility Analysis – Evaluates project scope, site conditions, and client requirements to develop a realistic and achievable pre-construction strategy.\n\n * Budgeting & Cost Estimation – Works with estimators and commercial teams to develop accurate cost plans, ensuring financial viability and value engineering opportunities.\n\n * Procurement & Subcontractor Engagement – Identifies, evaluates, and pre-qualifies subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable resources.\n\n * Risk Assessment & Compliance – Identifies potential project risks, ensures adherence to building regulations, and develops mitigation strategies before construction begins.\n\n * Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Engages with clients, design teams, and consultants to refine project specifications, resolve queries, and ensure alignment before moving to the construction phase.\n\nRequirements\n\nMust have 3+ Years experience in a similar role\n\nMust have 3+ years main contractor experience\n\nBenefits\n\n£60,000-£85,000
