You’ll work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to create and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring that all children with SEN have the opportunity to succeed academically and personally. Role Highlights: Permanent, full-time role at a highly regarded primary school in Bromley Lead and develop the SEN strategy, ensuring high standards of provision and support for SEN students Work closely with class teachers to monitor progress and implement individualized education plans Support a team of teaching assistants in providing targeted interventions Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies to support student well-being and progress Access to professional development and leadership training Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience as a SENCo or strong experience in a leadership role within SEN A strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and experience implementing strategies and interventions Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for creating an inclusive learning environment Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
