Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working within our business. You'll support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring that our deliveries drive and exceed our standards end-to-end.
This role is a unique opportunity to help define, support, and grow the Agile performance within the business. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature, lead and be responsible for complex initiatives in cross-functional and cross-located teams.
You will also influence, motivate, and support other Scrum Masters and influence Product Owners and Stakeholders to ensure teams are high performing, engaged, and delivering maximum value. You will work closely with our multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You will have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as we transform how we build vehicles and operate, together.
Skills Required:
* Experience in facilitating and leading teams in transforming to Agile ways of working.
* Ability to support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring our deliveries drive and exceed standards.
* Leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature.
* Ability to influence, motivate, and support other Scrum Masters and engage with PO and Stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills with individuals within cross-functional teams, at all levels in the business.
* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills; actively develop and support team members.
* Able to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team, helping with conflict resolution.
Experience Required:
* Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
* Scrum Master certification is desirable.
Experience Preferred:
* Automotive experience.
* Project Management and University Bachelor's Degree.
Additional Information:
Hybrid working: 2 Days a week in office.
This role is INSIDE IR35.
