Supply Chain and Logistics Manager We have an exciting new opportunity at PCE for a Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our manufacturing team. Whilst predominantly based at Head Office the role holder will be required to work from site at times and therefore may be required to work away from home on occasion. The Supply Chain Managers role will be to manage our supply chain on a daily basis, drive efficiencies and ensure on-time defect-free deliveries to all of our projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities including but not limited to: Logistics Coordination/QA Document Management Manage logistics coordinator Review Delivery reports against the plan. Manage all QA documents are uploaded before delivery to the site. Review QA documents uploaded for each supplier Production Control Manage weekly supplier meetings across projects Manage internal manufacturing meeting Distribute the project Master Installation Schedule to suppliers along with any revisions Review weekly Planned versus Actual reports to ensure all units are updated on Ynomia and manufacturing targets are reached for each project in line with delivery schedules Attend all project weekly PTMs Attend all Design Review meetings to be sure that we are clear about what is expected from the supply chain. Ynomia/Novade Management Analyse Ynomia for any unit issue reports to report back to suppliers Analyse Ynomia to confirm the correct units are manufactured and by when. Analyse Novade to ensure all observations are responded to by both suppliers and PCE team Review QA reporting on Ynomia to make sure suppliers are completing QA checks in a timely manner as per the contract Coordinate tag requirements for upcoming projects with the Ynomia team Supply Chain Reviews Report any issues suppliers are having back to project teams (M&E/design) Create presentations to report data collected back to the supplier during quarterly factory visits Collect PM supplier matrix scores and upload them to the collated report and analyse the results Collect all required documentation for supplier approval and log in Supply Chain Matrix Manage supplier pre-let meetings with Quantity Surveyors for each project New Project Planning Create and manage future workload documents for manufacture with baseline casting numbers, dates, and durations REQUIRED SKILLS Possess all the Humble, Honest, Hungry and Smart behaviours Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills with all levels Highly motivated, always looking for improvements and efficient ways of working Achieve own objectives in line with the business needs A self-starter with a high level of personal motivation to drive tasks forward Is a great listener, who can absorb information Promotes a positive and can-do attitude Can work at pace, when required and strives to meet deadlines Is an ambassador or PCE company values and culture, matching the PCE values at all times: Promotes the company in a professional manner, matching the PCE values at all times: PCE will deliver great results through great leadership PCE will work effectively: individually, as team PCE and with partners PCE will take pride in our abilities and what we deliver PCE will always look to improve PCE will be positive, and will act with integrity PCE will always work safely Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate on all levels Expectational organisation skills Possesses and clearly demonstrates the four behaviours: Humble – Hungry – Honest – Smart Proactive team player with a high level of self-motivation and drive.
