Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Maintain good working relationships with SL.
2. Create DSA Task Order responses and supporting documents (Estimates, Org Charts, Risk Registers).
Accountabilities
1. Comply with AXIOM policies and procedures.
2. Ensure accurate information for Portfolio Managers and team members.
3. Correctly file information within project folders.
4. Contribute ideas and improvements.
Key Tasks
1. Present at DSA Governance reviews.
2. Handle governance review actions until TO approval.
3. Ensure estimates meet Task Order Request requirements.
4. Finish AXIOM TCIF Contract Schedule 5 and JV Response Schedule 6.
5. Monitor TCIF Contracts.
6. File and manage estimates and documents.
7. Handle Early Warning Notices.
8. Create Replicon Reports as needed.
9. Communicate with SL team members (PM, SPEM, PEM, etc.).
10. Engage in SL safety initiatives.
11. Undertake necessary training.
12. Obtain quotations and update Purchase Orders.
13. Prepare and attend monthly project and review meetings.
14. Prepare person hour forecasts and EAC on Axiom PO value.
15. Main interface with Axiom Cost Engineer.
16. Escalate matters to Portfolio Manager, Programme Manager, and Business Manager.
My profile
1. Experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
2. Familiar with working under NEC3 contracts.
3. Experience with AXIOM Project Control Procedures.
4. Good working knowledge of CEMAR.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Previous experience in junior project manager roles or QS roles.
Security clearance: Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
