People Team Admin – Generalist Westbury, Wiltshire Up to £24,500 DOE ⏰ 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Maternity cover – one year FTC. You will take the lead on administrative tasks and propose ideas on how to make processes more efficient and effective. You will support the team by drafting policies and proofing and reviewing documentation. You will ensure GDPR is upheld at all times. You will ensure our HR online platform is up to date and identify any missing data. You will assist with the creation of internal eLearnings. You will keep aware of the booking of annual leave across the business, highlighting to the head of department when managers or team members need to be communicated with. You will assist the team with hands-on tasks, such as behind the scenes preparation for company events, new starter virtual events. You will lead on ensuring office housekeeping, filing and keeping records up to date. You will assist with HR tasks, such as on-boarding, contracts, SMT1.
