As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
The Role
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the face and voice of EVM, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to various teams. You will be responsible for handling calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and assisting with general office administration .
This role is office-based in Glasgow (G46 8JH),
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
* Handling incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments
* Managing the office diary, booking meetings, and coordinating schedules
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Ordering office supplies and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained
* Providing support to the finance, sales, and operations teams as needed
* Assisting with basic invoicing, purchase orders, and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (minimum 3 years preferred ) ideally in a creative environment.
* A positive attitude with a friendly personality and 'get things done' mindset.
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A professional and approachable telephone manner
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in customer service or front-of-house roles is an advantage
