As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The Role As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the face and voice of EVM, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to various teams. You will be responsible for handling calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and assisting with general office administration. This role is office-based in Glasgow (G46 8JH), Key Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Handling incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments Managing the office diary, booking meetings, and coordinating schedules Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management Ordering office supplies and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained Providing support to the finance, sales, and operations teams as needed Assisting with basic invoicing, purchase orders, and record-keeping What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (minimum 3 years preferred ) ideally in a creative environment. A positive attitude with a friendly personality and 'get things done' mindset. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A professional and approachable telephone manner High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in customer service or front-of-house roles is an advantage Why Join EVM?
