The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Private Client solicitors, ensuring the smooth running of the department. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing correspondence, legal documents, and reports. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Handling telephone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Maintaining and updating client files and records. Assisting with billing and invoicing processes. Performing general administrative duties as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Private Client department. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
