You’ll work closely with the wider property team of business support, facilities and rangers. You’ll assist the Holidays Manager in the delivery of our growing holidays business. Ensuring consistent delivery of the operation across the area and achieve high levels of visitor satisfaction, you’ll want all guests to be delighted with their stay, and for them to create memories and stories in our unique holiday places.You’ll help with recruitment and grow the team of Holidays Operation Assistants providing clear induction and training. You’ll organise the rota, hold team meetings and supervise the team giving them plenty of support, coaching and feedback. You’ll work with the team to ensure they have what they need to deliver the highest quality of housekeeping and standards inside and outside the cottages.You’ll handle any day to day maintenance problems and equipment failures liaising with staff and contractors. You’ll support the team with ordering everything they need to operate.
