Based within the large HR team at our flagship Elmsall Distribution Complex, we are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team. Let’s take it on Reporting into the HR Data Team Leader, the Reward Analyst will be responsible for providing regular reports and data insights to various stakeholders across Next, along with a range of activities associated with people data. A focus of the role will be based around compensation, benefits and reward. We’re looking for someone tenacious to perform salary benchmarking activities across a number of roles and locations utilising a range of tools including Xpert HR, Talent Neuron and market research activity. You will source all appropriate data to support the full project lifecycle, collate, analyse and report to deliver key insights and actionables. In addition to key compensation and benefits activities, the range of HR projects is diverse and as a Reward Analyst you will support on these. You will work collaboratively with the HR Data Leader, wider HR Team and key stakeholders with Workflow, HR Tech and Employee Support to drive continuous improvements across all HR reporting and data processes, drawing on your knowledge and experience to offer insights and solutions. About you We’re looking for a candidate with solid technical skills, able to critically analyse complex data in various formats and across different sources to provide clear and concise reports, recommendations and insights to the senior management teams. Experience in reward or compensation and benefits would be an advantage but not essential. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders. You will be naturally inquisitive, able to utilise multiple sources to gather information, able to work at pace to meet tight deadlines. You will be an Advanced user of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel. Any experience working with HR/People data and knowledge of GDPR and salary benchmarking tools such as XpertHR would be a distinct advantage
