File Audits & Risk Management: Conduct file audits and support risk management initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Accreditation Preparation: Support the preparation for Lexcel, ISO 9001, and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation. Policy & Procedure Alignment: Ensure the firm's policies, procedures, and operational standards align with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
