We have an opportunity for an exciting new role in Basingstoke of Operations Delivery Supervisor. This role will be assisting OM and AOM with ensuring the delivery of the service.
The Operations Delivery Supervisor will assist the Depot Operations Leadership in leading the team to ensure the depot plays its part in the delivery of the long-term strategy; “to be the transport provider of choice in the South, by putting people at the heart”.
A people-focused and driven individual, the Operations Delivery Supervisor is responsible for building a customer and people centricity culture within the business. Able to use trend analysis to help the depot leadership team with improving punctuality and reliability, and improving safety performance with reductions in collisions, customer and staff injuries, improving the overall customer satisfaction. The role also consists of improving the profitability and efficiency running of the depot by efficient forward allocations, managing drivers' annual leave ensuring this is balanced and in line with budget, and to help support the control team with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, safe services, and ensuring the company’s objectives and operational quality standards are all achieved. The Operations Delivery Supervisor will make use of the central support functions to improve the performance of the depot, measured against a set of KPIs.
The main areas of responsibility for this role fall into the following categories:
1. Inspirational leadership of our people.

3. Effectively managing forward allocation, annual leave, and driver attendance.
4. Root cause analysis into safety incidents.
5. Investigations, leading up to and including formal meetings.
6. Improving overall customer satisfaction.

1. Previous relevant supervisory experience.
2. An understanding and adherence to Company Policies and procedures.
