Technical Support Engineer
We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join a GOV organisation to support their Technical Hub to drive ticket management.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing continuous support and taking steps to improve service support.
Experience:
* Troubleshooting and repairing PCs and Laptops
* Understanding of HP and Dell products
* Providing technical updates
* Triage on Technical Hardware
* Service Maintenance
* Liaising and arranging parts for technical equipment
* Managing active and potential service issues
Contract Details:
* £150 - £160 Per Day (Inside IR35)
* Onsite
* 3 Months Initial Contract (With Extension Possibilities)
* Able to obtain SC Clearance
