Project Coordinator – Capital Projects

What you’ll do…
As a Projects Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cells manufacturing, as well as other projects ranging from R&D to offices.
Reporting to the Project Management team, you will be part of the Capital Projects team responsible for implementing building and infrastructure programs to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.
Key activities include:
1. Coordinating daily activities of small and large-scale capital projects, including monitoring schedules, meeting minutes, and milestones.
2. Supporting the management team in tracking project expenses, reporting on financials, and ensuring budget adherence.
3. Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services meeting project specifications.
4. Maintaining and updating project documentation such as schedules, reports, and contracts.
5. Managing the project document storage system for organization, version control, security, and accessibility.

* Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
* Experience supporting capital or construction projects, preferably in a similar industry.
* Effective management of project timelines and costs.
* Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude suitable for a fast-paced environment.
