An exciting opportunity to join our growing ICP team in Sale, Manchester as a Project Coordinator.
The purpose of the role is to work with the Project Manager Teams within ICP to help drive the successful delivery, in all aspects of scope, customer satisfaction, commercially and financially of awarded Project within the UK for the growing successful Business of Ipsum.
Your New Job
Principal Accountabilities
* Help to order materials when required.
* Help to raise POs for suppliers and subcontractors when required.
* Assist Project Managers with setting people to work on site and setting up sites to ensure full compliance with Ipsum H&S policy.
* Create job packs including RAMS and Work Instructions.
* Update Ipsum Live assets.
Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s)
* A degree in relevant fields such as business administration, management, engineering or a related field is preferred.
* Experience working within the power sector.
* Strong administrative skills.
Knowledge & Experience
* Proven track record working within the Electrical HV environment.
* Experience of working with Project Delivery Teams including commercial and financial control.
Skills & Personal Qualities
* Experience in the HV & LV Industry.
* The ability to work with and help to motivate and engage a team.
* Decision-making capability and strong implementation skills.
* High level of resilience.
* High standard of communication skills.
