We are looking for a dedicated Caseload Administrator to join our team in Central London, supporting a team of Case Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining office-based and remote work, while supporting single homeless refugees in achieving sustainable housing and community integration. Maintain accurate records and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the team. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite. Ensure data entry and management systems are maintained accurately. Skills and Experience: Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in a customer-focused administrative role.
