Logical Personnel is working on behalf of a leading organisation from within the petrochemical industry who is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager.
Essentially you will need:
* Experience within Catalyst handling or petrochemical/refining industries
* Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
* Strong communication skills
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Expert sales and negotiation skills
* Analytical thinking
* Commercial awareness from a costing and margin perspective
* Problem solving
* A strong network within the European and UK refining / petrochemical sector
* Full driving licence and ability to travel as needed
The role:
* Establishes productive and professional relationships with potential clients in order to expand customer base
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, gaining repeat business
* Directs the sales efforts of the region including, price and timeline quoting, resolving problems, closing deals and recording the details, invoicing, accounts receivable and customer job evaluations
* Setting and maintaining high standards in regards to quality and safety matters
* Analysis of the competitive market and demand
* Develops annual/quarterly sales and marketing plans, forecasts and budgets consistent with the business strategies of CTE region.
* Provides a weekly activity report to the CTI Corporate, Sales & Marketing Director and CEO.
* Conduct safety audits and site visits as and when required.
