They are now looking for an organised and proactive Automotive Parts Office Clerk to join their dynamic team and ensure smooth daily operations.

* Detail-oriented and customer-focused

* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office applications
* Experience with website promotions and digital marketing
What will your role look like?
1. Delivering outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
2. Performing general administrative tasks, including managing invoicing, following up on outstanding payments, scheduling car services, and processing payments promptly
3. Logging, organising, and managing stock parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
4. Inspecting delivered and returned stock for damages before updating the inventory system
