Job Description:
The Head of Transition and Service Design will lead a team dedicated to designing the end-to-end journey of a service, ensuring users can complete their goals and that CTP can deliver policy intent for complex technical solutions. Responsibilities include creating or modifying transactions, products, and content across digital and offline channels provided by CTP HQ and partner organizations.
The role involves working flexibly on IT solutions within the DDaT and Change portfolios, overseeing multiple programs/projects, and collaborating with CT partner agencies. The post requires close work with senior leaders and an expert practitioner capable of defining best practices, influencing, leading, and mentoring others.
Key responsibilities:
1. Influence design and organizational strategy
2. Collaborate across government counterparts
3. Ensure effective conditions for designers
4. Plan and coordinate resources for service transition
5. Manage Service Design and Transition SMEs
Salary: Starting at £90,336 including allowances, with annual increases up to £96,341, plus location and non-pensionable allowances.
