What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for ensuring effective development and delivery of marketing communications strategy for the Group’s lending brands with regular exposure to all levels within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overall responsibility for the delivery of the communications strategy for the Group’s lending brands through an effective and integrated plan that incorporates customer and intermediary communications.
* Overall responsibility for the delivery of all lending product launches and promotion.
* Monitoring and tracking of industry marketing and communications trends.
* Line managing and coaching all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration, and recruitment.
* Work with stakeholders to develop key messages across all audiences, in support of both the customer and business strategies.
* Travelling between the Wolverhampton and Chatham sites as and when required.
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £70,000 – £75,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
* Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 25%
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Could you be the one?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
* Previous work experience in the design and implementation of wide-ranging external communication programmes is essential.
* Detailed knowledge of the techniques required to plan and deliver robust communications programmes is essential.
* Degree (or equivalent) level marketing qualifications are highly desirable.
