As an Engagement Officer you will be: Improving the knowledge of the importance of diabetic eye screening within the programme communities With a specific focus on the underserved communities or seldom heard groups including those with learning disabilities, patients within areas of greater deprivation and non-responders, work with the Stakeholder and Quality Assurance Manager in the implementation of appropriate consultation activities To undertake, analyse and report on patient satisfaction feedback and other experience surveys To obtain patient, user/carer and professional intelligence and insight through effective patient, carer and professional engagement including though the implementation Patient, Partner, Stakeholder, User forums and patient engagement structures/forum and form collaborative relationships We are looking to recruit an Engagement Officer for 20 hours per week. The working pattern is negotiable and can include hybrid working, however flexibility in weekly working pattern is key to this role, and may include occasional evenings and weekends, and location as required. Applicants would be expected to travel across the Norfolk area to engage with stakeholders and attend events.
