About the Role
As a regional EWO, you will join our team and play a critical role in identifying and addressing barriers to student attendance, developing intervention strategies and working collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff to promote regular school attendance for all students. In the first instance it will be based in Ormesby for this academic year and then it will move to Regional.
In this role you will monitor and report on whole school attendance, using data analysis to identify trends and any concerns to report. Working closely with pupils, staff parents and carers your aim will be to reduce levels of absence through crafting individualised attendance plans and provide support as appropriate.
