Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator for our client based in Worcester. Possibly leading to a permanent position after a successful trial period.
Duties:
* Accurately process all customer purchase orders (including part numbers, quantities, delivery points, expedited charges) electronically and manually with the support of multiple digital tools.
* Act as a key contact to Merchant, Installers and Internal customers for supply chain enquiries (via email and Microsoft Teams) relating to part numbers, pricing, product availability, delivery status, product identification and basic compatibility.
* Maintain first-class availability with minimum customer waiting time.
* Strive to achieve and maintain departmental KPI targets including call reachability of > 98.5% and >99% sales order accuracy.
* Work with multiple stakeholders in the business to resolve any issues which may arise to support the customer in the full order and supply chain process.
* Closely work with our finance and controlling colleagues to maintain high quality master-data and to resolve other account management topics.
* Support Internal customers (External Sales and Service) to achieve world-class Net Promoter Score from our Installers/Merchants.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately.

* A team player with the ability to work independently.
* Computer literate in Microsoft packages; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Rate of pay:
£12.76 per hour
