What you´ll get to do
• Generate sell-out, while achieving line and sales target.
• Achieve other quantitative business objectives as required by the company such as UPT, ATV, CRM conversion, VMS, ranking by brand and market share.
• Implement cross-selling among all categories to support the awareness of each brand to ensure the sell-out axis.
• Represent Puig love brands by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers and support future potential selling opportunities.
• Offer a unique experience to every customer by embracing the Puig counter protocol and selling protocol.
• Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from the RPM or other colleagues when required.
• Acquire the required knowledge to enable the best possible story telling
• Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect with customers.

• You have minimum of 2 years prior sales experience within beauty and luxury fragrance.
• You have the ability to work as a team player.
