Job responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic Activities Co-ordinator with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You will be working 40 hours per week across the 7-day period, including weekends and the occasional Bank Holiday, as rostered.
Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20-bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex trauma needs.

1. Develop, plan, implement & oversee activities, outings & events for the people in our care.
2. Prepare an activity timetable across the 7-day period.
3. Organise and run activity groups for the people in our care.
4. Provide fun & constructive leisure time, as well as appropriate physical & emotional support.
5. Ensure the provision of staff, space & materials for all activities.
6. Encourage and motivate colleagues to support the activity programme.
7. Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events.
