Position: Tax Junior Location: Swansea Hours of Work: Full-time Salary: Starting Salary £23,500 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Junior to join a professional and growing accountancy practice based in Swansea. Key Responsibilities: Depending on experience, the role will include: Bookkeeping tasks, including posting receipts, payments, and invoices to accounting software such as Xero or Sage. Prepare basic tax returns with support from the Tax Manager Preparing VAT returns. Calculating payments on account Assisting with client queries As many clients now use cloud-based accounting software, the majority of the work will be office-based. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in an accountancy role. Qualifications: AAT qualified or ACCA part/fully qualified. Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel, with good communication skills to liaise with clients via email and telephone.
