Our goal is to enable the analysis of any living thing, by anyone, anywhere We are looking for a Global Reward Advisor to join our busy Reward Team. This will be a hybrid role. The Global Reward Advisor will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of ONT’s Global Reward Philosophy, Policies and Processes. The primary focus of the role will be to support the Director, Global Compensation, Benefits and Exec remuneration with global salary benchmarking, pay and benefits delivery. In addition, this role will contribute as required to other reward initiatives. The Details Responsibilities include: Management of salary and bonus review processes Work with the Director, Compensation, Benefits and Executive Reward and the VP, Global Reward to deliver ONT’s annual salary and bonus review processes. Supporting line managers and HRM’s ensuring they have access to relevant employee information to ensure a fair and transparent approach to reviewing pay, as well as allocation of bonus. Answering questions regarding the pay review and bonus process and policy. Producing salary, bonus, and share award confirmation letters as well as total reward statements for all employees. Reward and Benefits Information & Job Evaluation Support HR managers with more complex recruitment situations, where bespoke offers need to be considered or where job evaluation is required to correctly level the role into ONT’s career framework. Participate in salary surveys conducted by vendors, including ad hoc surveys to inform on other compensation themes i.e., salary review budgets, benefits policy etc. Provide Reward and Benefit analysis and data support to the wider HR team. Provide information to finance and payroll to support forecasting and budgets. Produce the annual Gender Pay Gap report and other report requirements as required. Conduct job evaluations for existing roles, that may be changing in scope, and new roles. Performance Support with the annual performance review cycle; communication, training and guidance to HR and managers, including the calibration of performance categories linked to annual bonus. Benefits Administration Work with the Director, Global Compensation, Benefits and Executive Reward and external advisors to oversee the annual renewal of ONT’s range of employee benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance and group income protection. Maintain and develop benefits information on ONTRC, ensuring it is updated as necessary, and improving the availability of information where appropriate. Respond to questions from HR colleagues and other employees on benefit policy and administration. Review ONT’s current benefits provisions and make recommendations to support and strengthen ONT’s overall benefits provision. Other Duties Work with the wider HR Team on various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Assist in the rollout and implementation of HR/Reward programmes Provide support to the Director, Global Compensation, Benefits and Executive Reward in administering and monitoring the Reward budget Provide support as required to the VP, Global Reward and Director, Global Compensation, Benefits and Executive Reward in the area of Executive Compensation and Governance Any other duties as might be required within the remit and responsibilities of the post.
