An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed HR Advisor to join a small HR Advisory team providing high quality HR advice across all services within the Council. If you thrive in a busy and diverse environment, then this role will suit you.
We are looking for a HR Advisor with approximately three yearsandrsquo; experience of dealing with the full range of complex employee relations casework and who can manage a varied workload. Working as part of a small team, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees within the Council.
The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of employment law and HR policy and best practice. Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders within the allocated service areas are also essential.
The role offers a combination of working remotely from home and from the Town Hall or other Council buildings when required.
