Role Overview
* As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities
* To respond to website pop-ups within a timely manner and ensure customer service advice on products is relevant to the customer's needs.
* To be the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain advice on products and services. To answer all customer inquiries.
* To make product recommendations and suggestions.
* To provide information about services and/or products.
* To ensure customer complaints are dealt with immediately.
* Ensure operations software is updated with a customer service tag when processing orders.
* To contact customers for positive outreach and performance/experience surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Experience using CRM software and handling customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
