Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation as needed.
* Scheduling and coordinating daily tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
* Conduct inspections to ensure that cleanliness and quality standards are upheld.
* Report maintenance issues in the system and ensure they are addressed promptly.
* Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ordering replenishments as necessary.

* Manage linen orders and handle rejected linens, ensuring correct stock levels at all times.
* Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
