Corporate Audit: We are a team that has a unique vantage point in a truly exciting business, with the opportunity to work across a diverse range of financial, operational, compliance, technology and ad hoc projects. We partner with our businesses to provide assurance and advice through a responsive, risk based and strategically aligned audit plan. Our Team: You will join our small UK team of highly motivated and hardworking individuals in our London Bridge office, assisting in the delivery of the internal audit plan and other ad hoc projects as required. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with our global Corporate Audit team through regular catch ups and relevant projects. Under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include those described below. Day to day you will: Support the planning, execution and draft reporting of internal audit projects. Document and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner and offer practical and actionable recommendations to the area under review. Support advisory and other projects including areas such as system implementation reviews, investigations and occasional SOX support to business unit management. Use your financial, technical and analytical skills to ensure processes are understood, documented and analysed effectively to identify key risks. Use data analytics and visualisation tools to enhance audit procedures and provide meaningful, relevant insights. Assist in the ongoing process of tracking open audit actions and monitor implementation of recommendations proposed by Corporate Audit, working with action owners across the business to ensure that issues are adequately addressed and risks mitigated. Present a positive image of both yourself and the wider department in all of your dealings with our businesses. What we're looking for from you: You are passionate about the value internal audit can bring and working with the business to deliver timely, relevant and insightful findings and recommendations. You adapt quickly to change and are able to prioritise assignments to meet deadlines. You are commercial, pragmatic and able to balance independence and objectivity with a partnering mentality. You are a great communicator, able to relate to different levels and functions of the organisation both when executing reviews and feeding back findings. You are tech savvy and want to help develop our utilisation of data. You are able to manage your own time and workload ongoing, but are quick to identify when input and guidance from others in the wider team is necessary. Ideally, you’ll already have some internal audit and controls experience. Previous exposure to IT audit fundamentals would also be desirable. We'd love it if you were a qualified accountant although other relevant qualifications or experience will be considered.
