We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our team at Coalville Community Hospital. Ward 1 provides sub-acute care, palliative care and rehabilitation and Ward 2 provides specialist stroke care. You must have experience of working in health or social care and be able to contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy. The wards are led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very supportive team. You will be required to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold it and we actively encourage on-going development. The post will provide cover over a twenty-four hour per day, seven day a week rota with shifts being 7.5 or 11.5 hours in length to meet the needs of the service.
