Are you skilled at talking to clients and creating relationships? Do you want to take a step away from the tools and concentrate on the development of sales and aftersales solutions to customers around the southwest?
On offer is a role that will see you interacting with clients, producing quotations and ultimately expediting service jobs on time, within budget. You will be helping to manage a team of engineers and monitoring the installation and commissioning work.

The Role:
1. Ensure timely service jobs within budget and invoice customers quickly
2. Inspect machines on-site, providing reports and quotes
3. Quickly respond to customer inquiries about solutions and keep records updated
4. Follow up on quotes to secure orders
5. Secure approval from the Regional Field Manager for hiring temporary staff or outsourcing as needed
6. Monitor and authorize overtime for service and installation work
7. Address customer complaints promptly and effectively
8. Regularly communicate with the Field Operations Manager about regional business developments
9. Manage stock and project materials efficiently at the regional depot
10. Comply with the company's quality management system and health & safety procedures
11. Support the Sales and Projects Department with regional pricing and project planning as required
12. Be hands-on when required
The Person:
1. Experienced in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
2. Able to create and nurture client relationships
