Role: Locum Pharmacist - Mental Health Banding: Band 7 Location: Chelmsford Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks) Duration: Minimum 3 months (with potential for extension) Hours: Full-time Rate: £28 - £34 per hour About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Pharmacist specializing in Mental Health to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. We are open to considering candidates at Band 6 level if necessary. Key Responsibilities: You will provide expert pharmaceutical care to mental health patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice on the safe and effective use of medicines. You will support the development and implementation of mental health treatment plans. Requirements Experience/Knowledge: Up to date GPhC registration. Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent. Hospital experience will be considered. Relevant experience in mental health is highly desirable. Ability to start within 2 weeks. Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
