Job Title: HR Services Coordinator
As part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Services Coordinator will deliver first-line support and manage day-to-day activities for the HR Team. The individual will respond to employee inquiries and leadership requests.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the US HR department.
2. Maintain accurate electronic personnel files in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
3. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
4. Assist with onboarding, including preparing contracts, new joiner documentation, background checks, and country-specific processes.
5. Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
6. Assist with training assignments and follow-ups through Enstar’s Learning Management System.
7. Provide first-line support and escalate issues related to HR systems.
8. Process employee record changes within HRIS, including onboarding, job changes, and departures.
9. Prepare termination paperwork and notifications.
10. Address employee questions regarding HR processes.
11. Support HR inquiries and requests.
12. Stay updated on global HR practices.
13. Assist with HR projects, such as data audits and policy development.
14. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:

3. Practical judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to adapt to changing needs.
4. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
7. Experience with HR and Payroll platforms.
8. Initial experience in an HR department.
9. Experience providing system support and involvement in system development.
10. Ability to generate management information reports.
11. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
12. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and contribute to department operations.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
