Your responsibilities will include taking, communicating and serving guests’ orders, having excellent knowledge of menu items to make personalised suggestions to guests, preparing appropriate mise en place, ensuring standards of service are maintained at all times, setting and clearing tables, anticipating guest needs and accurately closing guest checks. This role is suited to individuals who are passionate about providing luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction by going the extra mile. You will be working collaboratively with our Food and Beverage team and Kitchen teams. This role provides insight into Front of House F&B operations, with frequent on-the-job training and opportunities to develop your talents.
