Temporary Receptionist

Hours: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.10 per hour

Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a fantastic organisation! If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and facilitating smooth operations, this opportunity is perfect for you! You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting visitors with a warm smile and assisting them with inquiries.
2. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
3. Managing appointments and coordinating meeting schedules.
4. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
6. Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. Key attributes include:
1. Friendly and approachable personality.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is a plus but not a must.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment.
