You must live in the UK and have the ability to travel to Maidenhead as well as Greater London.Full Job Description Main purpose of the role:Bringing new clients to the business. Creating a systematic, sustainable client acquisition strategy. Ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) – ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards within the Company.Reports to the Sales CRO Required minimum education and work experience: 4+ Years of CyberSecurity and Cloud sales and business development experience, within the UK and / or European markets Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience Key performance areas: Identify new logo business opportunity Acquire new clients Post-acquisition managementExternal relationship building and maintenance Self-Management and building the organisation Technical knowledge / competencies: Strong sales and technical know-how Knowledge of Sales processes Report writingKnowledge of industry and market, specifically around the Microsoft Azure / Sentinel managed services offering, within the UK and / or European marketsDescription of key performance areasIdentify new logo business opportunity: Review and analyse current best client profiles based on profitability and growth potential. Calculate and manage client acquisition cost (CAC). Manage the evaluation of potential opportunities. Acquire new clients: Maintain a strong network of cyber security partners/companies. Work closely with business clients to understand their collaboration and business needs. Determine appropriate acquisition methods based on CAC and market trends.Calculate and manage client lifetime value. Post-acquisition management:Liaise internally with Account Managers, Pre-Sales, and cross-functional teams. Provide quality information to internal teams. External relationship building and maintenance: Promote the company externally as a preferred partner. Respond to external requests for information.Proactively make contacts and attend conferences.Self-Management and building the organisation: Set goals for personal development.
