The role
We’re looking for a proactive Admin Account Executive who puts the client at the heart of everything they do to join our fantastic team. You are responsible for the day-to-day handling of orders and production of orders generated by the Business Development team ensuring client satisfaction. A strong decision maker and problem solver, you use your positive ‘can-do attitude’ to get things done and be able to juggle competing priorities. You’re a natural team player who builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike and you jump at the chance to help your colleagues. As a vital link between our Business Development team and our clients you’ll expedite workflow in the best interests of the client whilst ensuring you provide a service that is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Coordinate actions with the team relating to orders from new clients that the Business Development team work on
* Coordinate prospect meeting preparation including arranging samples, supporting with pitch decks and any other actions relating to prospect meetings
* Receive customer orders from the Business Development team and raise sales order forms
* Work with suppliers and the commercial team to support with quotations and product proposals.
* Work with suppliers and our design team to create product visuals.
* Check artwork, have new artwork created and ensure changes are signed off by the client
* Raise purchase orders to suppliers and send all necessary approved artwork to customers
* Enter details onto the new order system and manage production control
* Carry out production updates with suppliers to ensure production runs to agreed timescales
* Give all necessary paperwork to the warehouse so the warehouse team know if they need to dispatch goods immediately or hold goods in stock
* Answer incoming calls and handle all necessary client or supplier queries and hand calls to the relevant person in the business
* Check and file samples in the relevant client file
* Work closely with all other departments and the relevant supply chain to achieve agreed contractual due dates
* Log any client, internal process or supplier issues on NCR Smartsheet
* Communicate effectively with customers from receipt of order to delivery
* Work with the Client Onboarding Manager to hand over new clients to Key Account Managers
In return you'll earn a competitive basic salary, between £25,000 - £28,000 (Dependent on experience). In addition, you will be eligible for a non-conditional bonus scheme of up to £4,500 (sales performance bonus) as well as a company profit share bonus which is estimated to be circa 7% of annual average). Based on a basic salary of £25,000 OTE would be £31,250 per annum.
