This is a Hybrid working role with a requirement to attend our office in Pond Street, Sheffield, with flexibility in line with business needs. In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to craft and execute a forward-thinking recruitment strategy for mid-to-senior management positions within our Head Office Talent Acquisition team. Your Future Career: You will leverage online platforms like LinkedIn to expand professional networks, raising awareness of Royal Mail as an employer while attracting potential candidates with engaging, creative content. By actively engaging with these networks, you will build and manage talent pools. Additionally, you will conduct research and analyse talent trends to inform and shape long-term recruitment strategies. Using data-driven insights, you’ll continuously optimise recruiting performance in order to meet hiring goals and DE&I targets. Driving employer branding initiatives, you will position RMG as an employer of choice. Who are we looking for? Proven experience in a direct, proactive sourcing methodology recruitment position Confident and experienced in using the tools for direct hire, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and search platforms An expert in building and maintaining relationships, with key stakeholders, hiring managers, HRBP’s and external future talent Talent mapping experience with proven results Experience of promoting EVP through marketing and advert writing Experience in recruiting for various specialist functions including HR Next Steps Closing Date: Tuesday 19th November 2024.
