The role
This is an exciting entry to a creative and digital agency doing great things. You’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills relevant to your interests, and opportunities for full-time careers upon graduation.
Joining the company, your time will be split between providing customer support to multiple high-profile clients by dealing with inbound queries, where you’ll learn fundamental business skills like customer experience, reporting, administration, etc. and working on things you’re passionate about, whether that’s digital, design, events, and more. This will give you real-world experience in the field you’re looking to pursue.
Tasks you’ll work on include:
* Creation and sending of client marketing emails using a range of tools.
* Dealing with customer service queries through email, phone, and live chat for multiple high-profile clients
* Responding to questions, complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
* Ensuring information is communicated effectively, accurately and with enthusiasm.
* Providing the highest levels of customer service - ensuring the Service Level Agreements (SLA) within each project are met and reporting on SLAs.
* Supporting the wider company with research, proposal writing and onsite support at live events and corporate training events (SPIFF days)
* Prize administration to include sourcing, purchasing, packaging and delivery: for example, theatre breaks, hospitality, branded merchandise.
* Weekly status calls/meetings on project activity with the internal team, highlighting any challenges and developing ways of working.
* Assisting the wider digital team with internal testing of new programs and amendments
* Creating user personas, user journeys and site maps
* Translating concepts into wireframes and solutions
* Work collaboratively with other designers, engineers, and project managers
* Support in redesigning websites and applications to make them more responsive and configured appropriately.
* Keep up to date with technological innovations and new tools.
