We are looking to recruit for an Aftersales Technical Advisor who will be responsible for dealing with aftersales activities relating to product warranty and technical support.
Duties
* Support customers and field service engineers in the swift resolution of product and system related technical enquiries or warranty claims by telephone and email.
* Maintain proactive and regular contact with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided.
* Provide an innovative and technically aware approach to problem solving to ensure the correct product application and operation.
* Provide management with regular updates on tasks/resolution status and complete surveys and technical reports as necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service by being helpful, professional, and courteous at all times.
Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Demonstrated commercial awareness.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
* Good organisation and time management skills.
* Understanding of electrical motors and or mechanical applications and controls systems.
* A full current driving licence.
* (An 18th Edition electrical qualification is desirable.)
