We are looking for an admin assistant for one of our clients located in Iver. The company you would be working for is a residential house builder who builds and sells over 10,000 homes each year. The role itself would be based in one of their regional offices supporting day-to-day admin duties.
Duties:
* Provide administrative support to the office manager, project manager, general contractor, and other construction management staff.
* Prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts.
* Answer calls and correspondence.
* Data entry.
* Process payments.
Experience/skills required:
* Problem solving.
* Organizational skills.
* Time management.
* Microsoft Office proficiency.
