How you'll make an impact As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer credit accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimising financial risk to the business. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer credit limits to ensure timely payments. Review and analyse accounts to identify overdue balances. Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies. Negotiate payment plans and terms to facilitate on-time payments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and collection efforts. Collaborate with credit insurers to mitigate risk.
