WHAT WE OFFER
1. The Start Date of employment will be: 23rd April 2025
2. Competitive salary of £28,442 per annum, based on competence and experience.
3. 39 Hours working 5 days per week including 2 out of 4 weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
1. Due to Health and Safety regulations, applicants are required to be at least 19 years of age and have held a valid and clean driver's license (Category B) for at least 24 months.
2. You are skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.
3. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
4. You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
1. Focused on prompt and careful handling of stock to ensure quality deliveries to our diverse clientele and various store branches, following prescribed workflow and routines.
2. Visit customers’ homes to resolve complaints and deliver or replace missing stock.
3. Inspecting & housekeeping of assigned vehicles before and after customer deliveries, reporting any issues identified and placing on charge after use. Comply with all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements.
4. Communicate professionally to all IKEA customers, co-workers and service partners in a confident and friendly manner handling complaints and claims efficiently and with diplomacy.
