The Role: Proactively assisting the Project Director and Development Director across multiple projects in paying our project partners and suppliers to ensure that we continue to meet and better our contractual payment obligations Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum The Team: You will be a vital and valued part of multiple Project Teams on London Workplace Development Projects. What you will be responsible for: Working with the Project Leadership across multiple projects simultaneously to make sure our project partners are paid in accordance with contractual terms. Providing support to Project Leadership in managing project costs against approved budgets, plus assisting in setting annual and project budgets. Onboarding new suppliers on the Supplier Information Management System ensuring full compliance before we work with them Raising Purchase Orders (PO's) in the Finance system ensuring goods/services are only requested after the PO is approved Emailing PO's to suppliers with clear invoice instructions Receipting PO's in the finance system when goods/services are delivered Regular meetings with Project Directors and other Stakeholder for each Project to smoothly progress PO’s, receipting and associated queries. Providing regular reports on the state of budget against approvals, PO’s, delayed invoices and alike. Routine housekeeping of PO's including closing unwanted PO commitments and receipts Use of SharePoint and E-Filing systems To provide a responsive and proactive service to our suppliers, customers, internal and external stakeholders To understand the varied roles responsibilities within the team and to assist colleagues where required (Full training will be provided for all aspects of the tasks and processes) Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Ability to demonstrate good organisation and administrative skills Experience of effectively prioritising work to meet deadlines and/or changing priorities Experience of effectively communicating with people in different situations, using a range of tools and techniques Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc. Ability to demonstrate an eye for detail, producing work to a high degree of accuracy Life and Benefits at Landsec We have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
