About the role: As Systems Analyst you will play a critical role in the administration, maintenance, integration and continuous improvement of the Company's internal business systems. The position requires a highly versatile professional with experience across a range of technology environments, and capable of driving operational efficiency and enhancing the client and staff experience at Attivo. You will be responsible for system configuration, ensuring seamless performance, and implementing ongoing service improvements. You will collaborate closely with other analysts within the team and stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accuracy of business information systems, with a focus on optimising data usability and maximising the value derived from our technology platforms. You will be pivotal in maintaining comprehensive documentation of the processes and procedures that enable reliable system support. About you: You are a highly skills and self-motivated Systems Analyst with a proven ability to deliver objectives independently. With strong technical competence, you excel at configuring business systems and ensuring that system performance meets the needs of a dynamic business environment. You will bring experience in systems security administration and are adept at implementing role-based access controls to protect data integrity. You will have excellent knowledge of business systems, especially Intelliflo Office and this allows you to drive continuous improvement and optimise business operations. You have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance system capabilities, improve efficiencies, and elevate both internal and external customer experience. You are highly organised and an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, as the role will require you to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will have the ability to work under pressure, maintain excellent attention to detail, and consistently meet SLAs. You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills and to continuously seek opportunities to enrich data and improve systems. Key Responsibilities include: Coordinate and liaise with the wider team to maintain excellent support and configuration standards. Systems security administration, ensuring role-based access for all users, protecting systems data and access through best practices. Ensuring that all business systems have the necessary availability, reliability, and capability. Ensure that all systems are up to date, working with suppliers to identify interoperability risks and upgrade benefits are documented, shared, and implemented as appropriate. Identify opportunities to enhance the business system eco-system to enhance capability, improve business efficiency, and internal/external customer experience. Work closely with internal customers, senior stakeholders, and other analysts to improve system usability and capabilities. Monitoring and prioritization of the tickets, ensuring issues resolved and SLA met.
