You would be joining a close knit team full of people that have been on the same journey. We put an emphasis on collaboration, learning from each other and the sharing of ideas. You'll help support both logistical finance and senior leadership teams, using work measurement and data analysis to assist in forecasting and budgeting, assessing the cost/risk benefits of any process change as well as maintaining incentive schemes that inspire our workforce to achieve and exceed daily targets. You Will: Work alongside other PSD Analysts, conducting Work Measurement to create accurate SMVs Maintain our incentive schemes across the Regional Service Centre network Ensure accurate bonus rates are produced and communicated to all stakeholders for use in the calculation of bonus payments Compile accurate manpower planning figures for use in budgetary control Analyse operational capabilities / efficiencies, optimal product routing and identify improvement opportunities through modelling Facilitate continuous improvement by ensuring that observations and analyses are a clear depiction of current and future processes Ensure what we do is understood by all stakeholders via thorough preparation of documentation reflecting project findings and present / report to management as required Participate in any projects throughout the warehousing and distribution network or any other duties as required Flexibility will be required to support the entire organisation which covers 17 different sites across the nation Candidate Requirements: Essential: Be willing to undertake formal training for qualifications in Work Measurement, Method Study and Productivity (including 4 weeks training away in Manchester) Be flexible and able to work away independently Have a high level of numeracy Have good oral and written communication skills Confidence to show initiative when working independently, or as part of a team, often with strict deadlines Demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Willingness to travel to nationwide locations to fulfil work requirements across Regional Service Centres Desirable: Have experience in warehousing / distribution Have a working knowledge of Next (or similar) operatives’ bonus / productivity related incentive schemes
