Job Overview
Here at ISS Facility Services UK, as a major Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a HSEQ Advisor to provide a mobile Health & Safety support function across our client's major and diverse UK estate, consisting of corporate offices, critical infrastructural sites and old exchange facilities.
The client is a leader in the Technology and Telecomms space, and it is critical their facilities are well looked after to ensure their successful business operation.
To ensure the safeguarding and smooth running of these facilities, we offer cleaning & security services, carried out by teams and lone workers.
It is your responsibility to ensure these staff are aware of H&S regulations, and you will provide reactive H&S support such as accident investigation and risk assessments across the complete estate.
While this role will test your H&S knowledge and awareness, you will also work heavily with a number of stakeholders of varying seniority across the Account, crafting effective relationships and promoting a pro H&S culture across the entire Account.

Key Responsibilities
Actions will include:
* Develop and proactively manage an account-specific HSEQ plan to drive continuous improvement.
* Support, coach, and mentor the account operational teams to enhance HSEQ focus and drive shared ownership.
* Drive cultural enhancements through proactive engagement with key stakeholders.
* Delivery and ongoing management of Safe Choice program to drive safe behaviours and shared ownership.
* Effective identification and implementation solutions around lone and isolated working activities.
* Collaborate with senior HSEQ management on the development of AssessNet and similar systems.
* Closely support local management with incident investigations to identify root causes and associated actions.
* Drive EHS compliance around incident reporting, management and LMS training in line with UK&I thresholds.
* Drive environmental compliance including the Aspects & Impacts process.
* Implement and manage an internal audit and inspection programme.
Minimum Requirements
We need from you:
* Nebosh Gen qualification & some clear experience.
